We are thrilled to share the incredible success of the recent training session organized for persons with disabilities in collaboration with Sightsavers under #futuremakers initiative funded by Standard Chartered Bank Foundation.
Witnessing the enthusiasm and determination of the participants throughout the training was truly inspiring. Institutional Capacity Building topics included #proposal writing ad #report writing, #financial management and #social media management.
Together, we worked on basics of proposals and reports, equipping participants with the skills needed to effectively communicate their ideas and secure valuable resources. Moreover, we explored the world of financial management, empower careers of individuals with the knowledge to handle budgets, track expenses, and foster financial sustainability within their organizations. In this digital age, social media has become an indispensable tool for connecting with communities and raising awareness and participants deliberated on use of social media in an effective manner.
The dedication and enthusiasm displayed by the #organizations #personswithdisabilities were truly remarkable. Their hunger for knowledge and willingness to embrace new ideas made the training sessions vibrant and interactive. It was heartwarming to witness the growth and development of each participant as they gained valuable insights and honed their skills.
