Financial managment Consulting services were provided to facilitate Governance Project executives, funded by the World Bank, to deliberate and engage in the focused group discussions. The key outcome was to obtain views of different stakeholders, assess and analyze those to submit to the World Bank a detailed plan on the way forward.

The Problem
Getting different stakeholders together to obtain their views in a systematic manner – this was the key objective of the workshop. The second phase was to analyze the responses from the discussions and assess the requirements to compare those with the project objectives. The outcome of the workshop was to facilitate the World Bank into development of terms of reference for the project.
The Solution
Through focused group discussions, different matters where systematically discussed Participants were provided with comprehensive workbooks. In a very interactive manner, every one was engaged in discussions. Feedback was obtained from all through group work and case study methodology.
